Castrum Morisci Winery
Castrum Morisci is a winery in the Marche region that produces wine from native grapes such as Passerina, Pecorino, Sangiovese and Garofanata aged in terracotta amphorae. The winery also makes “vino cotto” (cooked wine), a traditional specialty of southern Marche, perfect for pairing with desserts and savory dishes. Active for over 60 years, it has been producing small-batch wines since 2015, combining tradition and innovation. Visitors are welcome year-round for wine tastings, either in the tasting room or among the vineyards.
